Project Brief
Located on one of the prime areas of the city is the stilt + 4 storied structure, with each floor holding 4 luxurious triple bedroom units, comprising 16 units in total.
Concept was to design the building in early English style, possessing the characters of rigidity with classiness. Exposed brick work, wooden handrails, concrete jaliwork, elaborate murals brings out these features. It also has landscaped lawns at 2 different levels with a pathway connecting both the levels with shaded seating zones.
