Project Brief
Site located in one of the major commercial zones of the city –Teynampet, 4 Brothers share this stilt +4 storeyed structure – with each floor serving a different person & for a different purpose.
The challenge was to bring out a contemporary facade finish through low cost construction. Terrace gardening creates a pleasant and relaxing ambience which helps the working people to get stressed out & provides a comfortable environment.
