Project Brief

Just as Ar. Louis Khan stated “A room is not a room without natural light”. The residential building has been erected with the traditional conceptualization of a central courtyard (Park avenue is the first apartment in chennai to have a central open courtyard). The balconies open up to the courtyard favoring ample ventilation & lighting.

Meticulously planned CEEBROS PARK AVENUE is a composition of 4 blocks, with blocks one & two having 2 units each, three & four having 3 units each, with a total of 10 units in a floor the avenue holds 40 spacious dwelling units.
