Project Brief

This venture comprises of 6 residential blocks nestling 202 dwelling units – 9 storey-ed with 4 apartments on each floor. Although designed 20 years back, it still holds on features like good lighting, ventilation, proper service core, that match today’s newly built apartments. The pent houses are of duplex types – each one having 4 bedrooms & a private garden space.
