Project Brief

The Project holds Stilt + 4 floors, which has 5 units in a floor. The constraints in the site’s profile led to plan with the concept of rectangular clusters by utlising the space completely. The challenge in the project was to maintain the concept & as well to achieve privacy & provide ample lighting & ventilation.
