Project Brief
VEDAS – essentially preserved by an oral tradition for the first couple of millennia. Later, emerged the gurukul’s with a wide vision, in passing the great knowledge of vedas to their descandants & evolved the VEDA PATASALA/VEDIC SCHOOLS.
Traditional architectural style & elements are followed, in a way that is apt for the current era. The patasala falls under the first phase of the campus – comprises of classrooms in a traditional alignment (SQUARE PLAN) around the central open courtyard.
Phase II comprises of hostel block (g+2). Guest & servant quarters comes under phase III. The campus houses a temple near the entrance for everyday rituals, & also possess places for holy rituals like sandyavandanam.
