Project Brief

XS Greens – comprises of 2 blocks. A podium at first floor level connects both the blocks, which also acts as a roof garden with varied elements of landscape. The 2 blocks together holds 60 luxury units.

Design initially began with the concept of vertical landscape in order to use that as a baffle wall. Later modifications in the requirements, tended to give a contemporary outlook, reducing the vertical greenaries. Most of the units have an additional facility of private terrace, which faces towards the road & as well the podium without compensating the privacy aspects of the people.
