Project Brief

The project comprises of 16 houses arranged in a row house format and the main central axis juxtaposed with houses terminating with an infinity pool. The venture carries elements from Indonesian Architecture. Using Bali architectural elements that suit the hot & humid climate of Chennai , the building has been composed with enclosed solid walls, sharply inclined roofs with large over hanging eaves and with windows providing good cross-ventilation. The structure raised off the ground allows breeze to moderate the hot temperatures.
